Ashhurst Domain and Wetlands is a public park, playground and reserve situated alongside Manawatu River.

The domain is a great place to spend a day with the family, with picnic and barbecue areas, public toilets and extensive playgrounds, including a flying fox.

A basic campground in a sheltered location has powered and unpowered campervan sites, a kitchenette and hot showers.
