No driving experience is necessary to ride a 4WD motorbike up the Tararua Mountain Range. After a quick lesson zooming around the car park in changing gears, reversing and steering, you're ready to take on the challenge, and what an exhilarating trip it is across rugged farmland, through stands of native New Zealand bush to what feels like the top of the world. Your guide will coach you the entire way, giving confidence, especially up steep slopes and through muddy puddles. Wear warm clothes and prepare to have the best time ever. Tour options include Turbines to Tui HQ - a great place for refreshments after a ride.  Bookings by appointment only.
