De Molen Dutch Windmill

De Molen is a replica 17th Century replica Dutch windmill in the township of Foxton that makes stone ground flour onsite, has a shop and provides tours to visitors.
Their stone grinding process produces little heat, so the nutrients are locked in - nothing added and nothing taken. Buckwheat, rye, wholemeal wheat and corn flours ae all made onsite. The volunteers who staff the windmill are happy to share their cooking knowledge, and there are recipes and pre-mixes available.
