The Rangiwahia Hall was buzzing last Saturday night. Parents, children and friends had gathered to watch the judging of over a dozen pavlovas - created and crafted solely by the men of the district. The occasion was to raise funds for the Rangiwahia Play group and excitement grew as a local auctioneer plucked bids from the crowd of enthusiastic bidders.  Over $900.oo profit was made on the night.
