Join your hosts Caroline from Caroline's Creative Interiors and Anna, chef of 18+ years and owner of
Anna Louise Cakes + Cater, in a Middle Eastern Levantine inspired cooking demonstration and dinner.

About the Evening;
After arriving at the Barn at Caroline's Creative Interiors you will be met with a Mezze Platter to graze from
and a refreshing middle eastern inspired beverage while we wait for all our guests to arrive.

​The first part of the evening will then be spent learning how to prepare authentic Levantine Cuisine.
Whilst we won't be preparing the entire dinner in front of you, we have selected a few items to show you,
so you too can prepare authentic Middle Eastern food at home.

​​I am very privileged to have a special guest joining me, Hanadi Ali from HOW² here in Palmerston North.

Hanadi was born and raised in the Levant region and has assisted me in creating a truly authentic culinary experience.
She will be there with me to assist with any questions you may have surrounding the food we are preparing and the food culture of her homelands.

The second part of the evening is where you will be seated for dinner at the beautiful table Caroline has prepared for us.
You will enjoy three courses served to the table family style, the style of dining so typical of many cultures around the world.

​All recipes from the evening, including the food items not demonstrated, will be provided to you in a booklet to take home and recreate.
