Join us for an inspiring afternoon with Dr. Ellen Joan Ford, the 2023 Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year ‘Local Hero’ recipient, at the Graduate Women Manawatū and Graduate Women Manawatū Charitable Trust annual awards luncheon. Dr Ellen Ford is also the creator of the #WorkSchoolHours movement and was the Manawatu Standard Person of the Year in 2022.
The awards luncheon is to celebrate our top women scholars in 2024, and each recipient will also present an overview of their groundbreaking research.
Sally Dunbar, the President of Graduate Women New Zealand (GWNZ) will also be launching the GWNZ mentoring programme.
Graduate Women Manawatū invites all current members, friends, and anyone passionate about women and higher education to join us. The ticket price of $42.50 includes lunch.
