Celebrating the Region’s Finest with Aotearoa’s Best!
The Manawatū Art Awards 2026, hosted by the Feilding and District Art Society, returns this October as one of the region’s premier contemporary art events.
Featuring a curated exhibition of outstanding works from artists across New Zealand, the Awards celebrate creative excellence across a wide range of styles and mediums. From emerging talent to established practitioners, the exhibition showcases the diversity and strength of contemporary art in Aotearoa.
With $6,000 in cash prizes on offer, artists are invited to submit their finest new work for consideration.
All eligible entries will be exhibited and selected works will also be featured on Art Trail Manawatū, providing artists with valuable exposure to collectors, art lovers, and the wider community.
Visitors can discover inspiring artworks that challenge perspectives, tell stories, and celebrate artistic vision. Whether you're an artist, collector, or art enthusiast, the Manawatū Art Awards Exhibition 2026 is an exhibition not to be missed.
