Neurographic art is a therapeutic drawing method that bridges the conscious and unconscious mind. It begins by creating free-flowing, looping lines that represent thoughts or emotions, and then smoothing out all intersections to bring a sense of calm and release from stress. The process is what matters most, not the final image, and no prior artistic skill is needed to begin.
