We will harness the moon's powerful new energy for meditation, reflection, and intention-setting. Let the moonlight guide you as we explore our inner selves, release what no longer serves us, and set new intentions for the future.
Join us for an evening dedicated to cleansing away the past month's worries and setting fresh, inspiring intentions for the next month. This is your chance to reset, unwind, and spend time focusing on yourself.
This event at the Wellness Hub in Feilding features Chamomile or Peppermint Tea, Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, and journaling prompts, creating the perfect space for like-minded souls to gather and leave feeling renewed.
What to Expect:
We'll begin by getting comfortable in our space with some light breathwork and warm tea. Once settled, Nayda will introduce the theme of the evening, allowing us to relax and set our intentions. Next, immerse yourself in a 30-minute guided cleansing meditation. We'll conclude with reflective journaling prompts and a brief silent meditation. There will also be time to ask Nayda any questions or share your meditation experience with the group.
What to Bring:
An open mind: If meditation is new to you, be ready to embrace something new
Your journal or paper & a pen: To write down the guided journal prompts.
Comfortable clothing: Wear attire that allows you to relax and be comfortable and warm.
A yoga mat or thick blanket: To lay on for our mediation and create a safe space for you.
Optional: A cushion: To sit on or use as a pillow.
Optional: Eye mask - Shield your eyes from any stray light (light clothing or face cloths which are provided can be used for this too).
We want you to be comfortable and warm so please bring anything that allows you to really settle into the space without any discomfort.
