Ohakune Beer Festival 2026
Join us at the Kings Ohakune - Bar, Restaurant & Events for the annual Ohakune Beer Festival - in the heart of the Ruapehu District.
Showcasing small independent breweries from New Zealand.

*CapTIMs slow cooked meat BBQ
*Family friendly 2-5pm (kids free entry)
*R18 after 5pm
*Live music 2-Late
Every ticket purchase will get a Festival beer glass plus 8 tokens to start your experience off.
More tokens can be purchased at the venue for $3.50 each. One token will get your glass filled with a taster of beer (125ml) from one of the breweries attending. 2 tokens will fill the glass (250ml)
Live music all night, from a selection of local musicians.
Plus a festival food can be purchased from the venue.
This year from 2pm until 5pm the event will be familiy friendly, after 5pm the event will be R18 All tickets are valid for the full duration of the event. Children must be supervised at all times.
