Our St Peter's lunchtime Concert on Tuesday 6th May featues three chamber groups (two from PNGHS and one from FAHS) performing next Tuesday. The first group is a year 9 group (violin, cello, piano) who are performing Miniatures by Frank Bridge, the next group (flute, Tenor Sax, Piano) who are year 12's at FAHS are performing Rhapsody written especially for them by local composer Nick Hunter and the last group, also year 12's are performing Nino Rota's Trio for flute, violin and piano.
They are all competing at the NZCT Chamber Music Contest in early June and are very grateful for this opportunity to run through their programmes.
All welcome. Tea & Cofee provided. A koha would be appreciated.
