At every turn we are swamped with messages of impending sky-fall. From AI to global warming, to realpolitik, to populism v liberalism, to predictions of economic peril, underdevelopment, global conflict, and ideological differences, to name just a few. In the face of this, it is sometimes hard to remain optimistic about doing business in 2025.
With every message seemingly at maximum volume, it is incredibly difficult to know what to pay attention to in the development of your business (and life). So intense are the often conflicting messages that the temptation is to turn it all off and do what you have always done; "its worked for us in the past, right? So it is likely to see us right into the future".
