Vanya Insull aka VJ Cooks, is back with her third cookbook 'Everyday Comfort Food' and it's time for a book tour!

The evening will include a behind-the-scenes chat of how her cookbooks are made, insight into the daily running of VJ cooks and a Q&A session to conclude the night.

There will be an opportunity to buy signed copies of any of Vanya's best-selling cookbooks; Everyday Favourites, Summer Favourites and of course Everyday Comfort Food. If you have any of Vanya's cookbooks at home, feel free to bring them along to be signed as well.

Following on from the runaway success of her first two cookbooks - Everyday Favourites  and Summer Favourites -  Everyday Comfort Food celebrates the colder seasons, with warming winter meals and nostalgic treats to keep the whole family happy.
