A Professor at Avondale University (Australia) and co-founder/director of Mana Pacific Consultants, Tracie is a passionate social researcher whose work spans community, practice, and policy spaces.
Her research focuses on elevating Pacific voices to inform decisions directly impacting their lives. Committed to community-engaged research, Tracie employs poetry, storytelling, and arts-based approaches to create meaningful change at the grassroots level. As a registered social worker, she has worked predominantly in the university sector and has lived and worked across New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Australia.
