Wander through areas of shrubs, dogwoods and hydrangeas to the creek. Roseburn Park (previously known as Wakefield’s Lodge) has been planted with year round interest in mind. Rhododendrons, prunus and mass plantings of daffodils bloom in the spring, followed by hydrangeas and perennials in the summer through to large plantings of deciduous trees in the autumn and finishing with trees planted for their form and bark in the winter.
