The Rangitikei River is one of New Zealand's most beautiful and most thrilling rafting rivers, and River Valley sits right on its banks. We offer Grade 5 half-day trips: 11km of world-class whitewater, departing twice daily and finishing right at the Lodge door. For something more relaxed, our Grade 2 scenic trips are a full-day experience complete with a picnic lunch on the river. Both trips wind through spectacular gorge scenery. Want more time on the water? Multi-day and overnight trips let you go deeper into the river and the landscape.
