A dazzling array of irises on display in colours that will have you wondering what combinations are around the corner.
Entry is free, but you will not be able to resist buying an iris or raffle ticket.
Anyone is welcome to exhibit an iris (no entry fee) they have grown in their garden. Bring along your iris between 5-6p.m. on Friday 7 November and a member will help you stage it (cut with stalk as long as possible and do not remove any old flowers.
Plant sales tables selling irises will tempt anyone who has a spare spot in the garden. Irises come in all sizes from 15cm to 90cm.
Also on sale is fertiliser for growing irises, also suitable for peas, beans and strawberries- only $5 per kg.
Iris members will be available to answer any questions.
