FLAMENCODANZA, “Best show of dance and physical theatre” Hollywood Fringe 2022
Flamencodanza is a flamenco dance and guitar duo that has toured internationally at festivals in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the US since 2021. Different elements fuse together in a unique manner producing an award-winning show with beauty and inspiration. Elements of Flamenco, Brazilian music and jazz give the music a variety of colours. The contemporary flamenco dance is made of strength, elegance and beauty.
Aylin Bayaz is a contemporary Flamenco dancer and choreographer, relocated to NYC in September 2024. She trained at the Amor de Dios studios in Madrid and the Institute of the Arts Barcelona (MA Dance 2018) among other academies. Her duo show “Flamencodanza”, winner of award “Best show of Dance and physical theatre” Hollywood Fringe 2022, has toured internationally since 2021 performing over 300 shows in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the US.
Raul Mannola, Buenos Aires 1963, is an internationally renowned flamenco guitarist with a jazz background, he studied with Manolo Sanlúcar. He has dedicated more than 30 years to the study of flamenco guitar and has released 10 solo albums. He worked as a flamenco guitar teacher at the Madrid Conservatory for 10 years.
