Buddha Vajrasattva retreat
with Kelsang Phunwang
Each year we engage in a short purification retreat. This retreat helps cleanse our mind of the delusions, negativities, and obstacles that hold us back from reaching our full inner potential. Through purifying our negativity our mind gradually becomes happier, our good qualities increase and our bad habits, mental and physical problems gradually disappear.
Vajrasattva is the Buddha who embodies the power to purify our karma. This retreat gives us the opportunity to extend our understanding of purification; and deepen our connection with, and reliance on, the blessings of the Buddhas.
The sessions will be guided to help us engage meaningfully in these beautiful, chanted prayers. If you have not previously attended a retreat such as this, you are welcome to come along and try it out. It is a very peaceful experience.

2.30 – 4.15 pm

Coffee, tea and snacks are provided. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch if you are staying for the whole day.
