Finally, we realise that real, stable and lasting happiness cannot be found in worldly enjoyments.
We can still enjoy these things, but for deep happiness we turn to the spiritual path of our choosing.
Then our most important practice, to ease our spiritual journey, will be reliance upon a spiritual guide.
Who will that be? Who qualifies?
Then, how do I rely upon my spiritual guide?

In this half day course, we will gently approach this very special and important topic. Everybody welcome.

WHAT TO EXPECT
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

Our morning tea is vegan and wheat-free. We cannot guarantee no cross-contamination as our kitchen is not gluten-free.
