Join the New Zealand Country Music community and music lovers at large - comrading and competing in the Aotearoa Country Music Awards. Come along to watch our auditionees perform in a variety of country themed sections hoping to impress the judges. The top two judged contestants from each section will be selected to battle it out on stage at the finals concert on Sunday 20th September.

Contestants of all ages will be performing throughout the day on both of the Globe Theatre's stages, accompanied by top NZ country backing bands The Bandits and Hired Gunz.

Come and experience a great day for the young and young at heart to experience some of the finest musical talent Aotearoa has to offer!

Tickets give you access to both theatres throughout the day, at your leisure.

Finals Concert: Sunday 20th September 11am - 3:30pm approx.

A family friendly afternoon of country music! Watch the talented finalists from Saturday’s auditions battle it out in their respective sections and age groups, all vying for the prestigious title of Overall Winner, and entry into the supreme national country music competition 2027 NZCMA Entertainer of the Year.

The finals concert features guest artist Multi-Award winning singer Lesley NiaNia from Gisborne.
