A series of 4 courses including a 42,21,14 and 10km event. The 2 shorter ones can easily be walked in the time allocated, assuming a reasonable level of fitness. But all are available for runners as well. Check out the website for full details. This year is the inaugural event, and all finishers get a completers medal.
