Join us on 27-28 February 2025 for our Circular Economy Hackathon, presented by Precycle NZ and Central Environmental! We're tackling a real problem: 97 surplus fibreglass nacelles from Meridian's Te Rere Hau Wind Farm.
Whether you're an engineer, designer, student, or tech enthusiast, we're looking for creative minds to reimagine these materials and create something valuable. Compete for a $3000 prize from Meridian Energy, take home exclusive hackathon swag, and network with industry leaders.
Co-hosted by Precycle NZ and Central Environmental, this event brings together students, young professionals, and retired experts to solve a genuine circular economy challenge.
This is a free event. Applications are open to all, but entry is not guaranteed - all applicants will be contacted to ensure they're a good fit and able to commit to attending both days.
