Living with fibromyalgia can be challenging, and having a supportive community who understand what you’re going through can make a real difference. We are pleased to invite you to the launch of our new Fibromyalgia Support Group at the Easie Living Centre, a welcoming and inclusive space designed for people living with fibromyalgia to connect, learn, and support one another.
Facilitated by Nicola Howard, Health Improvement Practitioner, this group provides an opportunity to meet others who understand the day-to-day realities of living with chronic pain, fatigue, and the many challenges that fibromyalgia can bring. Whether you have recently been diagnosed or have been managing fibromyalgia for many years, you are welcome to attend.
This informal and supportive session will encourage open conversations, the sharing of personal experiences, practical coping strategies, and discussions about the resources and support services available within our community. Connecting with others who have similar experiences can help reduce feelings of isolation, build confidence, and provide valuable insights into managing wellbeing.
