ABOUT THIS EVENT
Does the thought of the holiday season coming up make you feel overwhelmed, sad or frustrated?
Even though we wish to be happy every day of our life, our mind can get trapped in negative ways of thinking.
Such thoughts leave us feeling tired, dissatisfied and wondering whether this is all that life has to offer.
We can feel like that especially in the run up to the holiday season, a very busy time with lots of organising, deadlines, family visits and shopping to name but a few things that are happening.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could simply choose not to be unhappy? To have happy holidays.
On this course we can learn how to choose to follow thoughts and ideas that lead to happiness and learn to change negative emotional habits. In this way we can look forward to the holiday season knowing that we have the power to always do this!

These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
