Come try roller skating this summer at Memorial Park!

These sessions are designed for you to give skating a go and build your skills and confidence on wheels. Our summer sessions are only running for a limited time and give you a taste of what our kiwiskate is all about before moving indoors at the Manawatu Arena for our more structured classes starting in school term 1.

Lessons are given in group format and led by Skate NZ Accredited coaches. Coaches may be assisted by trained Programme Assistants (PA’s), who are usually the senior skaters in the club.

Skaters progress at their own rate, and coaches make sessions active using teaching aids, music and a wide variety of activities that create a fun environment and promote learning.

We are excited to welcome learn-to-skate clientele from every walk of life, age and every interest level!
