Love Changes Everything - half day meditation course
with Kelsang Phunwang
Each of us wants to be happy and free from emotional pain, yet this can feel difficult in everyday relationships.
Love is not just something we hope for, it is a skill we can learn and practise.
This course explores practical and inspiring ways to develop love, compassion, and genuine care for others, including how to respond wisely to challenging people and situations.
By cherishing others more deeply, we naturally reduce conflict and strengthen our relationships.
As peace and love grow in our hearts, we develop patience, empathy, acceptance, and kindness.
These qualities not only improve how we relate to others, but also help us feel happier, more confident, and more at ease within ourselves.
WHAT TO EXPECT
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion. These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
Our morning tea is vegan and wheat-free. We cannot guarantee no cross-contamination as our kitchen is not gluten-free.
