The annual public show of the Ruahine Branch of NZ Antique and Historical Arms Association, held every year at the Conference & Function Centre.

The Arms Fair hosts private collector's exhibits and traders from throughout NZ in a single venue open to the public. Exhibits will include; Historic, classic & modern arms, militaria, medals, uniforms & insignia, sporting arms, books & memorabilia, edged weapons, ammunition, cartridge collections, outdoor equipment and sporting & enthusiast groups. Many of the items will also be on sale by specialist traders.

Enthusiasts of all ages who have seen something interesting online or TV, come to the Arms Fair and see the real thing up close. Exhibitors are generally happy for you to take photos, but please ask first. We may even be able to arrange for you to pose with an exhibit for that unique photo.

It's also a great opportunity to have one of our experts identify or appraise an item that you own. Please contact the reception desk in the foyer before taking any items into the main reception hall.

The Conference and Function Centre is a spacious, climate-controlled venue with plenty of parking nearby and handy to the cafes of George Street and the Square.
