Summer Movie Night in The Square - Mufasa: The Lion King

Bring the whānau down to The Square for another relaxed summer evening under the stars, proudly presented by Palmy BID and Palmerston North City Council.
We’ll be screening Mufasa: The Lion King (2024) — an epic and emotional prequel to The Lion King that tells the untold story of how Mufasa rose from humble beginnings to become the legendary king of the Pride Lands. Filled with adventure, stunning visuals, powerful themes of courage and belonging, and moments both heartfelt and fun, this is a film the whole family can enjoy together.

- Time: Movie starts at 6.30pm
- Screening Location: Te Marae o Hine - The Square, Palmerston North (the PN City Library side)
- Free entry

The Verdict Cafe will be open late, so you can grab coffee or drinks before or during the movie.
