Swim Clinic – Breaststroke
Looking to improve your breaststroke and build more confidence in the water? Our Breaststroke Swim Clinic is running these school holidays at the Makino and is a great opportunity for swimmers to spend some extra time focusing on their technique.
During the one-hour clinic, swimmers will work with our instructors to develop the key parts of breaststroke, including kick, arm movement, breathing, timing and body position, before bringing everything together for a smoother and more efficient stroke.
We have two Breaststroke Swim Clinic sessions available these school holidays:
Tuesday 29th September | 11:00am – 12:00pm
Wednesday 7th October | 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Cost: $20 per session
Each clinic is a separate session, giving you the flexibility to book the date that works best for you. Swimmers are also welcome to book both sessions if they’d like some extra time to practise, reinforce their technique and continue building their skills.
Whether breaststroke is the stroke you find the trickiest or you’re looking to make an already strong stroke even better, come along and spend an hour dedicated to developing your swimming.
Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
