Swim Clinic – Dive & Freestyle
Looking to sharpen your freestyle, improve your diving and build more confidence in the water? Our Dive & Freestyle Swim Clinic is running these school holidays at the Makino and is a great opportunity for swimmers to spend some extra time developing their skills and technique.
During the one-hour clinic, swimmers will work with our instructors on the key elements of freestyle and diving, including body position, kicking, arm technique, breathing and stroke efficiency, as well as developing their dive technique, entry into the water and transition into swimming.
We have two Dive & Freestyle Swim Clinic sessions available these school holidays:
-Tuesday 29th September | 12:00pm – 1:00pm
-Wednesday 7th October | 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $20 per session
Each clinic is a separate session, giving you the flexibility to book the date that works best for you. Swimmers are also welcome to book both sessions if they’d like some extra time to practise, reinforce their technique and continue building their skills.
Whether you want to make your freestyle smoother and more efficient, improve your dives, or simply gain more confidence in your swimming, come along for an hour dedicated to developing your technique and having fun in the water.
Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
