This special fundraising showcase celebrates the young dancers of Levin The Movement Dance Studio, featuring performers aged 6–17 across ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, and acro.

The event supports The Movement Foundation, established to make dance accessible to rangatahi in the Horowhenua region and to support talented, dedicated dancers in accessing high-level training opportunities often only available in larger cities.

All proceeds from the show will go into a funding pool that all Horowhenua dancers can apply for to help cover workshop and seminar fees, allowing them to further their training beyond Levin.

In Horowhenua financial barriers can limit young people’s access to dance and development opportunities; The Movement Foundation exists to help remove these barriers.
