Where Happiness begins - half day meditation course
with Kadam Birgit Saunders
Where happiness begins.
As long as our wellbeing depends mainly on external conditions, happiness remains fragile and fleeting.
Relationships become pressured by expectation, every day challenges feel overwhelming, and we often find ourselves caught in cycles of dissatisfaction, restlessness or stress.
Meditation offers another direction.
This isn’t about withdrawing from life or rejecting enjoyment, it’s about developing an inner stability that allows us to experience life more fully and enjoy the good conditions we already have.
In this half day course, we’ll explore practical teachings and guide meditations that help us reconnect with the inner causes of happiness and peace.
Through experience, not just theory we begin resolving the conflict between what we know intellectually and how we actually live.
