Winter warmers are back!
Come in from the cold this winter to enjoy heartfelt teachings and meditations from the main teacher of Amitabha Kadampa Meditation Centre.
Every year in July and August we have a special series of classes during the winter, where teachers teach their favourite topics, selecting an aspect of Buddha's teachings that they have found especially meaningful and useful in negotiating challenges in their own lives.
Don't miss this chance to hear some really practical examples of how others have been able to use meditation to help them to make a difference in their own ways of handling the stresses of daily life in the best way possible.
