Ticketing:

• Tickets will only be available for purchase through the digital festival hub, which links to the ticketing platform, Humanitix. 

• Tickets are on sale from the 5th September 2025 and will be available throughout the festival, unless sold out prior. 

• Ticket costs are as advertised – no discounts are available 

• Please only buy tickets through the authorised ticketing platform - we take no responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased elsewhere. 

• Your tickets are redeemed when scanned on entry for paid gardens, tours and workshops. Please have your ticket ready (either a printed copy or on your phone) when you arrive. 

• Tickets are available for the day/time of the garden entry, tour or workshop as advertised - they are not transferable to another day/time.

Refunds:

• We understand that life happens.  Refunds are possible prior to 10am Friday 7th November 2025.  In this circumstance any refunds will be made to the card used to make the booking, less booking fees.  

• If we have to cancel a tour or workshop, due to minimum number requirements not being met, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the tour or workshop. A refund of the total cost of the tour or workshop including the booking fee will be made to the card used to make the booking. 

• In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled, for reasons out of our control, a refund of garden entry costs and any tours or workshops purchased will be made to the card used to make the booking including any booking fees.

Attendee Awareness and Limitation of Liability 

• Personal Responsibility: All attendees are responsible for familiarising themselves with risks, hazards, and accessibility requirements of the gardens, tours, and workshops they plan to attend. Please assess suitability and risks before purchasing tickets or participating. 

• Safety and Conduct: Follow all posted instructions and garden staff guidance at all times. Be aware of uneven ground, water features, weather conditions, and other natural elements that may present hazards. Take necessary precautions to ensure your own safety and well-being. 

• Belongings and Valuables: Keep personal belongings secure at all times. The event organisers, homeowners, employees, contractors, and volunteers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 

• Assumption of Risk: By attending the gardens festival, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical hazards, weather changes, and interactions with other attendees. 

• Limitation of Liability: While all reasonable measures have been taken to provide a safe environment, the event organisers, homeowners, employees, contractors, and volunteers cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
