The ‘Manawatū Gardens Festival' competition (the competition) is run by Central Economic Development Agency Ltd (CEDA), located at 5 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, New Zealand. Referred to as “the Promoter” hereafter.
By entering the ‘Manawatū Gardens Festival' competition, you acknowledge and agree to the competition terms and conditions as outlined below, not limited to any additional terms that may be added at the Promoter’s discretion at any time during the competition period. The competition period is as detailed below.
General terms and conditions
1) The competition will be run by survey which will be emailed to you after attendance at a minimum of one of the participating gardens in the Garden Festival. To be eligible to enter the competition, you will need to complete the official Manawatū Gardens Festival registration form that is available at the participating garden, with the date, your name, and email address.
2) The survey will be emailed to the email address provided on the registration form and consists of a small number of questions relating to your experience of the Manawatū Gardens Festival held between 9 and 17 November 2024. You will need to provide your first and last name, email address, region of residence, along with answers to the survey questions in order to enter the competition.
3) The Entrant’s information will not be shared with any third parties by the Promoter without the express consent of the Entrant.
4) The competition is open to individuals 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
5) Staff and immediate families of the promoter (or Shareholders of the promoter) are not eligible to enter.
6) The competition runs from 2.00pm on 19 November 2024, to 11:59pm on 29 November 2024 (the competition period), with the winner being drawn at random by 6 December 2024.
7) There will be three Winners drawn. The Prize awarded to each Winner will be a $100 Prezzy Card.
8) The Winners will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received during the competition period.
9) The Promoter’s process and selection of the Winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10) The Winners will be emailed by the Promoter, notifying them that they are a Winner, by 6 December 2024, and must contact the Promoter, by return email, within 72 hours of being emailed to accept the Prize.
11) By entering the competition, Entrants accept and acknowledge:
12) The Prize(s) is non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
13) The Promoter at any time holds the right to amend any part of these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time.
