Peaceful, mystical and magical the gardens border the rugged Ruahine Forest Park and are home to numerous native birds.

Daffodils, Snowdrops and Bluebells, announce the arrival of Spring and are followed by the glorious blooms of the many rhododendrons, camellias and azaleas.

The dahlias burst into colour in Summer, and gloriously deep blue hydrangeas compliment the yellow golden elms that line the drive.

In Autumn, the deciduous trees provide a riot of colour before Winter sets in and the native plants highlight the structure of the garden.
