Studio Rubix is a small family run business, located in the heart of Palmerston North and providing personal training, reformer pilates and nutrition counselling. People come to us for a range of reasons; to manage injuries, improve health outcomes, assist weight management or develop strength, mobility, stamina and balance. Clients describe our space as welcoming, uplifting and designed to make you feel comfortable and looked after.

• Personal Training for individuals and couples by experienced and qualified exercise specialists
• Reformer Pilates (pilates on a reformer machine) via small group classes, private corporate classes and personal training by our certified instructors
• Nutrition counselling for weight management, eating disorders, sports nutrition and gut health by our Registered Dietitian
• Products for sale include cookbooks, clothing, small home exercise equipment, magnesium products and vouchers
