The Central Economic Development Agency (CEDA) is the economic development agency and regional tourism organisation for the Manawatū region, which encompasses Palmerston North and the Manawatū district.

As the Regional Tourism Organisation for Palmy and Manawatū, CEDA looks after the promotion of the Manawatū region and represents the voice of the destination to potential visitors.

Facilitator Marijke Dunselman has worked in the NZ Tourism Industry for over 26 years, including as Manager of Tourism Southland (an RTO), and for the past 23 years in her tourism marketing and training consultancy. For the past 19 years, she has (and still is) running a marketing collective, the Smartourism Marketing Group where she works with businesses to get trade ready and represents them at key national land global travel trade events including TRENZ.
