Terms & Conditions - 'Find Colour Here' Giveaway

The 'Find Colour Here' giveaway promoter is Central Economic Development Agency Ltd (CEDA), Level One, 5 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, New Zealand. Now referred to as “the Promoter” throughout.  

By entering the 'Find Colour Here' giveaway (the Competition), you acknowledge and agree to all competition terms and conditions as outlined below, not limited to any additional terms that may be added at the promoter discretion at any time during the competition period. The competition period is as detailed below.  

General terms and conditions  

1) Entrants can enter the Competition by completing a 5-question quiz on ManawatuNZ.co.nz, and providing first and last name, email address, and region of residence. The Competition will run from 12pm Friday the 25th of September 2026, to 12pm Friday the 9th of October 2026 (competition period), with one winner being drawn at random after 12pm on Friday the 9th of October 2026. You may only enter the Competition once; any duplicate entries will be removed. 

2) The information provided by the Entrant will be used for the purposes of the Competition and for future marketing communications related to/or by CEDA.  

3) The Entrants information will not be shared with any third parties by the Promoter without the express consent of the Entrant.  

4) By entering the competition, Entrants accept and acknowledge:  

1. a)  The Winner will be selected randomly by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from those valid entries received during the competition period
2. b)  There will be one Winner only
3. c)  The Winner will be contacted directly, by the Promoter, via the email address provided when entering the Competition
4. d) In entering the Competition, the Entrant agrees to share their first and last name, email address, and town of residence with the Promoter for the purpose of future communications and marketing activities.

5) The Competition is only open to individuals 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. 

6) Staff and immediate families of the Promoter (or Shareholders of the Promoter) are not eligible to enter.  

7) There will be one Winner drawn.  The Winner will be emailed by the Promoter, notifying them that they are a Winner, on October 9th, 2026, and must contact the Promoter, by return email, within 72 hours of being emailed to ensure there is adequate redemption time for the Prize.  

8) If the Winner fails to respond and contact the promoter within 72 hours of being emailed, a redraw will take place to ensure that the Prize is awarded.   

9) The Prize awarded to the Winner includes the following:  

• 10 x tickets to ¡Salud! Festival, 17th October 2026 

• 10 x beverage vouchers to be redeemed at ¡Salud! Festival, 17th October 2026 

10) The tickets and vouchers included in the Prize are to be used at ¡Salud! Festival 2026. These tickets and vouchers are not valid for any other event.  

11) The Prize is as stated, and all additional costs or incidentals are at the winner’s expense.  

12) The Prize is non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  

13) In the event that the Prize, or part of the Prize, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is under no obligation to provide a substitute prize.  

14) The Winner agrees to adhere to all third-party operator terms and conditions when claiming and using the Prize. Terms + Conditions — Salud Festival NZ 

15) The Promoter’s decision, including any decisions as to the prize distribution, is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.  

16) The Promoter and its associated agencies and/or organisations, will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim suffered or brought by an Entrant:  

• whilst undertaking any travel in relation to the Prize 

• in the participation in any Prize  

• as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected email; or  

• due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.  

17) The Promoter at any time holds the right to amend any part of these terms and conditions or cancel the Competition at any time.
