Tip: If you’re not in the mood for dumplings (or noodles for that matter) you can’t go wrong with one of their spring onion pancakes – this dish is definitely a favourite on the menu. 

For the best Turkish in town, head to Kapadokya on George Street. With meal prices starting at less than $10 a pop, delight your senses with freshly baked bread that is magically soft and crunchy at the same time, melt-in-your-mouth falafel, and a selection of divine dips and spreads – you simply can’t go wrong. 

Tip: Make sure you try their traditional Turkish coffee – it will leave your tastebuds pining for a second cup. 

George Street is full of amazing eats, but we absolutely love its scrumptious Indian cuisine.  Don’t let the range on the menu fool you, the prices are cheap as chips.

Tip: Indian Indulgence is BYO and you can get away with a meal, naan, rice and drink for as little as $10 with one of their lunch specials. Long lunch anybody?
