Do you want to learn to skate? Come along to our 'Learn to skate!'
Swamp City Roller Derby are hosting a summer series of learn to skate at Bell Hall from 6 Whiringa-ā-rangi (November) to 11 Hakihea (December).
Anyone aged 16+ who wants to get rolling is welcome to come along. We'll be starting with the super basics of getting going and learning to stop so no experience needed. If you have a little experience, we're sure we can help increase your skills too so come along and join the fun!
We are your local roller derby league but there is no obligation to get into playing if that's not your jam. Maybe you're keen to learn so you can river skate, park skate or the new best thing jam skating.
We'll be back in the New Year with our cool skills and roller derby specific courses.
