At MAVtech we don't just preserve old films-we screen them as well! On the last Friday of each month (except December) we open our doors and start our projectors for a night at the movies in association with Blast From The Past Cinema. The Coronation Hall has been a cinema since 1911 and we have kept the 200 fancy seats in the upstairs 'dress circle'. The film starts at 7pm with doors opening at 6pm so guests can have a look at our exhibits before the screening. At only $10 per person it is a fun filled evening from the golden days of film.
Our film for Friday 24th November is a 1990’s comedy.
