TECHWEEK 2025: INNOVATION IN ACTION, POWERED BY COMMUNITY

Techweek is back – and this year it’s bigger, bolder, and all about connection.

From 19–25 May 2025, join us for a week-long celebration of local innovation, with seven FREE events designed to spark ideas, inspire future pathways, and connect our region’s brightest minds.

This year’s Techweek brings an impressive line-up of events showcasing the strength of the region’s innovation ecosystem, from coffee connects and AI conversations to student showcases and networking nights. Whether you're a founder, professional, student or simply tech-curious, this is your invitation to be part of the action.

ManawaTech CEO Benji Pritchard says the line-up is a testament to the region’s capability and confidence in leading tech-based conversations.

“The 2025 Techweek programme is packed with events driven by local organisations, leaders, and talent. Whether it’s AI in the workplace, personal branding on LinkedIn, or inspiring young people into tech careers, we’re doing it here, and we’re doing it together” – Pritchard

Techweek features seven public events, co-facilitated by ManawaTech, CEDA (Central Economic Development Agency) and a passionate group of local tech champions, innovators, and educators.
